HSE-DAY AT UNGER: MENTAL HEALTH IN FOCUS
We at Unger Fabrikker AS are spoiled to have a full day out of the office each year with HSE as the “only” topic.
The day was packed with both internal and external speakers, as well as small workshops. The overall topic and focal point: Mental health.
Thomas Kierulf Lindahl, Erik Reistad and Jan Ivar Ruud kicked the day off, followed by a great in-depth presentation from Mr. Per Øistein Kivijärvi from Kronos Titan/Industri Energi – Pointing the key focus towards men’s mental health in traditional industries, values, building a culture of openness, diversity and tolerance.
The day was filled to the brim with inspiration, and to be given an insight into Fredrikstad Fotballklubb; Gatelag, the project, the people, the incredible result and the road ahead was a very fitting ending to an inspirational day.
