Unger’s Innovation management team (IMT), cross functional project teams and R&D department is the initiative to support Unger’s vision of being a world leader of production of designed dry anionic surfactants, and being the major supplier of both liquid and dry anionic surfactants in Scandinavia.

In our daily work we aim to stimulate creativity within a systematic framework for all dimension of the innovation process; marketing, laboratory, customer service, logistics and technical department to ensure high process efficiency and to develop a successful organizational culture.
The dedicated innovation management team uncovers all aspects related to product innovation during the whole development process with the aim of creating, delivering and securing new and added value for our customers and for Unger. A highly proactive sales team with long experience in market trends continuously seeks collaboration with all of our customers to explore and define their specific needs. Our research and development department, fully committed to both product innovation and production process improvement, secures the commercialisation of ideas from laboratory via production plant to our customers.
